Expenses
Expenses are the simplest entry in Finance: one entry per outgoing payment with category, amount, currency, location, brand and an optional receipt attachment. Categories are workspace-wide and editable from the Settings screen. Every expense rolls into the per-location reports automatically.
Shopping flow
Three-actor pipeline used in venues that send staff to the wholesaler:
- Need — a manager (or staff with shopping permission) raises a need from
/shoppingwith quantity, supplier preference and budget. - Trip — a staff member opens
/staff/shoppingon their phone, accepts the need, and goes shopping. They record the receipt amount and optional photo on return. - Reconciliation — the receipt becomes an expense automatically; categories propagate from the shopping request.
Products and analytics
Products are the SKUs you sell or stock. Each product has name, SKU, supplier, unit cost, sell price and optional stock-keeping flags. The Analytics tab surfaces sales by product, by brand and by location with a simple line-chart time series.
Pro plans tie products into /strategy and /targets so you can set per-product or per-brand monthly targets and see the variance from plan inline on the dashboard.
Invoices register
/invoices is the local invoice register — invoice number, counterparty, line items, currency, status (draft / sent / paid / overdue). It runs independently of KSeF; not every workspace is in Poland. KSeF-connected companies see KSeF status and the KSeF reference number on each row in addition to the local status.
Polish companies on Pro typically use KSeF Outbound to issue invoices, which writes both an FA(3) submission and a local invoice register row simultaneously. See KSeF, end to end.
Reports
Reports split by brand and location with a top-line group total. Time ranges: this week, this month, this quarter, this year, custom. Every report has a CSV export button — useful when you want to hand a slice to your accountant who isn't set up with the accountant portal yet.
