Copy this week forward for up to twelve weeks, then change the few shifts that differ. Staff see their shifts in the staff app, and the tablet at each location shows the code they check in with.
Each check-in and check-out becomes hours, and the hours take the rate that applies on that date. Shifts with no check-in are listed on their own, so you decide what gets paid before your accountant opens it.
Whoever did the shopping enters what they bought in the staff app and photographs the invoice. It lands in the archive under the right brand and category, where your accountant can open it. In Poland, KSeF invoices arrive in the same panel.

You add your locations, employees and shift templates in the panel. There is no bulk import yet, so a larger team takes longer to enter. Each location then needs a tablet, or any screen with a browser, to show check-in codes.
One account is one company with its own currency, and it can hold several brands and locations. A separate legal entity needs its own account, and your accountant can reach all of them from one login.
The location tablet shows a short code. Staff enter it in the staff app when they arrive and when they leave. A check-in code lasts 10 minutes and a check-out code 15, and those check-ins become the hours wages are calculated from.
