What the people record won't do.

The employees module respects what we shouldn't keep. Here is the line.

    by design

    It won't keep biometric data.

    No fingerprints, no face vectors, no biometric templates of any kind. Identity is a PIN and an ID document scan, nothing more.

  2. 02

    by design

    It won't monitor outside the venue.

    We don't track location, screens, or messages off-premise. The check-in trail is the only signal we collect.

  3. 03

    by design

    It won't keep data past its purpose.

    Each field has a purpose tag. When the purpose ends — by retention rule or right-to-erase — the field is anonymised.

  4. 04

    It won't expose payroll without explicit role.

    Even an admin needs an explicit payroll capability to see numbers. Visibility is a deliberate grant.

  5. 05

    It won't grade people for you.

    No automated performance scores from punch-in punctuality. Numbers are visible, judgements stay human.

    It won't sync to a public directory.

    Employee names and roles never leak to a public-facing surface unless the operator explicitly opts a venue in.
