Every venue is a row, every floor is a tile, every tablet is a check-in surface that works fully offline and syncs on reconnect. The estate view is one screen — twelve venues live, two on a slow morning, every one of them honest about it.

Tablets are wherever people walk in. Here is what we refuse to ask of them.
— 01 —
by designIt won't track location off-premise.
Tablets are venue-bound. We don't follow staff, customers, or managers between venues or after a shift closes.
— 02 —
by designIt won't record video or audio.
Tablet mics and cameras are disabled by default. We're a check-in surface, not a surveillance one.
— 03 —
by designIt won't auto-close a venue from the cloud.
Going dark requires a human action at the estate view. We'll alert; we won't lock for you.
— 04 —
by designIt won't share customer counts publicly.
Live floor status is internal-only. Public booking pages show availability, not headcount.
— 05 —
by designIt won't accept root / jailbroken devices.
Tablet integrity check on every pair. Compromised devices are refused before they see a PIN.
— 06 —
by designIt won't sync without conflict resolution.
Two tablets at the same venue editing the same row queue and merge, never silently overwrite each other.
