AI Assistant

Ask the assistant operational questions in plain English, Polish or Turkish. It answers grounded on your live data — shifts, payroll, finance, KSeF — and cites the rows it pulled from. Writes always go through an explicit Confirm click. Pro-tier.

Where it lives

  • /company/ai-assistant — chat interface, accessible from the Sparkles icon in the sidebar.
  • The assistant uses live workspace data — no separate ingestion step. Ask it about a row and click the citation to drill into the source screen.

What you can ask

The assistant is grounded on the screens that ship with your plan. Examples that work today:

  • "Which employees worked over 40 hours last week?" — pulls from Shifts.
  • "Show me unpaid invoices from March." — pulls from Finance.
  • "What was Brand A's revenue per location in October?" — Reports.
  • "Was anyone late to clock in this week?" — Shifts + tablet check-in.
  • "How many KSeF invoices did we send this quarter?" — KSeF audit + invoice register.
  • "Draft a leave-policy email to the team." — free-form composition (output only, no workspace write).

Citations and verification

Every factual answer cites the rows it pulled from. Click a citation to land on the source screen with the row highlighted. If you ask a question whose answer the assistant isn't confident about, it tells you so and suggests screens to check by hand instead of inventing a number.

Writes go through Confirm

The assistant can propose writes — "I'll mark these three invoices as paid", "I'll create a leave request for Jane on Friday" — but never executes silently. Each suggested action becomes a Confirm button. If you don't click, nothing changes. Walk-aways, tab-closes and accidental refreshes are safe.

Languages

Ask in any of EN / PL / TR. Responses are returned in the same language as the question. The assistant can switch on the fly — ask in Polish, follow up in English, no problem.
