Connecteam is the stronger staff app for deskless teams, with chat, forms and training. GetUp is the stronger back office for multi-location operators, with wages from real check-ins, an invoice archive and accountant logins.

Connecteam
Free for up to 10 users
The free plan covers every hub for up to 10 users. Paid hubs start at $29 a month for the first 30 users (Basic), then $49 (Advanced) and $99 (Expert), plus a per-user fee past 30. Each hub is a separate subscription.

Switching from Connecteam
GetUp doesn't import Connecteam data. Moving means adding locations and staff, setting hourly rates and rebuilding shift templates. Training content has no equivalent in GetUp, so it stays in Connecteam or another tool.

Which is cheaper, Connecteam or GetUp?
Up to 10 users, Connecteam is free. For a 30-person team on the Advanced Operations hub, Connecteam is $49 a month, less than GetUp Core at $108; adding Communications and HR & Skills at the same tier brings it to $147.
Does GetUp have a mobile app for staff?
Yes. Every plan includes GetUp's mobile and tablet apps. Staff see their shifts and check in with the code shown on the location tablet.
Can GetUp replace Connecteam's time clock?
For shift-based check-in at fixed locations, yes: the tablet shows a short-lived code that staff enter at the start and end of a shift. Crews working away from a site are better served by a phone-based clock.
Does GetUp calculate wages?
Yes, gross wages from real check-in and check-out times and each person's hourly rate. It doesn't file payroll taxes.
