Free for 1 location
Comp is free for one location and up to 15 employees. Paid plans are per location a month, billed annually: Essentials $39.99 (up to 30 employees), Pro $79.99 (up to 60), Premium $134.99 (unlimited). Payroll is $39.99 per location plus $6 per employee paid, and payroll and tip management are both included on Premium.

Switching from 7shifts
GetUp has no 7shifts import. Moving over means adding locations and staff, setting hourly rates and rebuilding shift templates. Tip calculations would need to happen outside GetUp.

With several locations it can be. Three locations on 7shifts Pro cost $239.97 a month billed annually; GetUp Growth is $173 with up to 6 locations and 60 employees.
Does GetUp handle tips?
No. GetUp calculates wages from check-in hours and hourly rates, but tips have to be worked out elsewhere.
Can GetUp run payroll for US restaurants?
It calculates gross wages but doesn't withhold or file taxes, so a payroll provider or accountant still runs payroll.
Does GetUp work for businesses that aren't restaurants?
Yes. The same modules work for retail, hotels, clinics, gyms and service businesses, not only restaurants.
